Workout Of The Day

At Kong CrossFit, our team of coaches lead members through the "WOD" (workout of the day). Each day a new WOD is posted to, and it is part of a complete program that is designed to improve strength and conditioning. The Kong CrossFit program is designed to be effective, inclusive, scalable (adjusted or modified) and fun for athletes at any level.  Across all of our WODs, we employ functional movements and intensity to elicit appropriate stimulus. No matter your fitness goals, our program will get you there!

Please note that not every day's workout will be posted (notably Sundays in which the workout is the Coach's choice for whomever is teaching the class). We also choose to only post the WOD that we are doing that day and do not archive prior workouts on our website. If you are interested in a particular WOD that we did, feel free to reach out to us.
