Chris is a great coach and friend to have on your journey to fitness. I am blown away by the individual inspiration and the power of the group when at Kong.
I came to Kong via a Facebook Ad. Advertised as a free 6 week challenge. After the meeting with Chris, all I had to do was make a decision to try it out, or come back later if i choose. I decided that if in 6 weeks i have gotten farther than the 4 months ive been going to the edge, that id make that decision to switch over then. After my 3rd week, i was sold!!!! I knew i had to be a member. My "summer challenge" mates were awesome and Chris was so informative, and instructional. I need to know why and how, and he definitely explained why we are doing, and eating, as well as what the results will be before hand. If you are not mentally prepared to try something new and challenge your mind and body, this is not for you. you will be the only person complaining, and the only person making excuses. Dont be that person!

Great place, Great Classes, Great people. They do an amazing job at making things clear and easy to follow. I was going to a planet fitness for a few months but wasn’t getting the results I was looking for and I knew that I needed something different to push me past my hump. In what I couldn’t achieve myself in 6 months I achieved in only 6 weeks. Lost 20lbs and I feel GREAT!!! Love the intensity of the classes. Thanks again Kong 💪🏽
I have to say, I was a bit intimidated just by the word “CrossFit” but the workouts and the people are amazing. Chris the owner is very knowledgeable and motivating and his instruction is great. I’ve been doing three classes per week and I’m slightly disappointed on days when I don’t have class at Kong. It completes my day! This is a fabulous program and I’m so glad I called!
