Welcome to Kong Shelton! Our second location features a 12,000 sq. ft. gym floor. Our facility also features state of the art equipment, top-notch coaches, full service locker rooms, and an awesome community! 

Meet the Manager

Christopher Knapp

Chris has been a Kong CrossFit stalwart since 2016. An avid athlete his entire life, he began coaching CrossFit in 2012 in Queens, New York. When he is not in the gym, he and his wife are busy breeding Goldendoodles, many of which have found their way to our member’s homes (and a few of our coaches as well).

M-W, F: 5:00am - 6:00am

M-F: 7:00am - 8:00am

M-F: 9:30am -10:30am

M-F: 12:00pm -1:00pm

M-F: 4:30pm - 5:30pm

M-F: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

M, T, Th, F: 6:30 - 7:30pm

Our 60 minute class. K60 is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! 5 Barbell Club sessions required before attending for new athletes. Those with experience in CrossFit are welcome to attend.

K45 - CrossFit

M-F: 6:00am - 6:45am

M-Th: 7:30pm - 8:15pm

Our 45 minute class. K45 builds your base and gets you strong. Workouts always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout. Learn, lift, and sweat!**No Experience Required

Barbell Club for K60 

Wed: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Thur: 5:00am - 6:00am

Sun: 10:00am - 11:00am

Our Olympic Lifting and Strength Development Club, which offers both beginner and advanced options. New Members must attend 5 Barbell Club sessions before being allowed to attend K60 classes.
