Welcome to Kong Norwalk! Our very first location features a 5,000 sq. ft. gym floor. Our facility also features state of the art equipment, top-notch coaches, and an awesome community!

Christopher Wyant

Chris is a former competitive rower who began doing CrossFit in 2004. As a lifelong athlete, he enjoys CrossFit for how effective it is in helping individuals achieve better health and wellness. He brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all his clients and classes. His specialties include nutrition program design, sport specific training, and endurance development.

K60 - CrossFit

M-W, F: 5:30am - 6:30am

Sun: 9:00am-10:00am

M-Sat: 9:30am -10:30am

M-F: 12:30pm -1:30pm

M-F: 4:30pm - 5:30pm

M-F: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

M, T, Th: 6:30 - 7:30pm

Our 60 minute class. K60 is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! 5 Barbell Club sessions required before attending for new athletes. Those with experience in CrossFit are welcome to attend.

K45 - CrossFit

M-F: 6:30am - 7:30am

M-Th: 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Friday: 630pm

Our 45 minute class. K45 builds your base and gets you strong. Workouts always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout. Learn, lift, and sweat!**No Experience Required

Barbell Club 

Wed: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Thur: 5:30am - 6:30am

Sun: 10:00am - 11:00am

Our Olympic Lifting and Strength Development Club, which offers both beginner and advanced options. New Members must attend 5 Barbell Club sessions before being allowed to attend K60 classes.
