Please utilize the forms below in order to ensure that your message is received by Kong CrossFit staff and handled as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours (and up to 72 hours on weekends) for a response.


Billing Questions

Should you have any questions as it relates to your billing, please direct them here. Questions may include a change to your membership billing date, membership freezes, retail purchases, membership type, or how to update your billing method.

Membership Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your membership, please direct them here. If you would rather freeze your membership, please direct those requests to our billing department.


Should you have any suggestions, comments, or additional feedback that you wish to leave for us - please do so. Kong has only been able to improve over the years by the constructive feedback left by our members.
