Our Morning On-Ramp Series in Shelton meet Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 830am for 1 hour. We ask that you attend all sessions, although, options are available if you are unable to make a particular day. Furthermore, morning and evening sessions of On-Ramps commence on different weeks and as such, you are not able to "mix and match" sessions during the week.
Please note that On-Ramp is designed for those that are new to CrossFit. If you have previous experience, please email us directly to discuss with a coach the steps neccesary to get started.
