Meline Bohrer

Meline started her CrossFit journey here at Kong CrossFit in 2012. Already a successful personal trainer and body builder, Meline was looking for a new challenge in her fitness lifestyle. Finding CrossFit, she instantly was hooked to the myriad of training styles that were incorporated. Meline began her coaching career at Kong CrossFit in 2014 and became one of the main coaches in 2018. Her specialties include nutrition, composition analysis and change, and olympic lifting.
