Mark Krosky

Mark started his CrossFit journey at Kong CrossFit in 2013. Starting with our On-Ramp program - Mark learned the basics from Kong and his desire to learn more about fitness took off. Since then, Mark has trained in a multitude of styles including power lifting, strongman, and recently began his journey to become a long distance trail runner. Mark’s specialties include strongman movements and power lifting and is always around the gym willing to give a helping hand.
