Our goal at Kong CrossFit is to provide our members with a fun path to achieving their health and fitness goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring or monotonous. It should be fun, creative, and done with friends!

Our team of professional coaches are experts at combining performance-based training and nutrition principles with a healthy dose of encouragement, accountability, and laughter. The result is a supportive community of individuals who encourage and celebrate each other’s success.

The goals of our members are as diverse as one can imagine. To serve these varied needs, we offer performance-based programs and coaching options. Whether your goal may be to lose weight, firm and tone, become active again, or you want to train for a particular sport, we have a program for you. Our coaches are trained to listen and determine the best path to success and help our members achieve their personal goals.

The great thing about being a part of Kong is that you do not have to be in shape to start! We love introducing people who haven’t exercised in years to what we do. We focus on a concept we like to call "movement skill." That is, we teach people how to move well and why to move in a certain way. In doing so, our members stay injury-free and in turn are inspired to continue pursuing their health and fitness goals. The long-term result is some amazingly fit people. One thing to remember: just because you see some very fit members coming through our doors - it doesn't mean that is how they started. 

There are a lot of gyms out there, so why choose Kong? Our professional coaching staff and community are the most compelling reasons to be part of Kong, but we also offer some more tangible benefits that you’re unlikely to find elsewhere. Kong members have access to two gym locations, more than a dozen group coaching sessions per day, different goal-based programs (everything from Barbell Club, CrossFit, Gymnastics Class, and Six Week Weight Loss Challenges), nutrition coaching, Paleo meal pick-up service via Kettlebell Kitchen, and showers in each of our locations.

Kong coaches are passionate about learning.
